I wanted to let you know how great Russ Brown was on Saturday night. He saved my life. Our car broke down on Highway 24 south of your dealership and my husband, me and our dog where stuck on the highway. I had your number in my phone from a previous time our car was fixed by your dealership. I took a chance and called to see if they could help us. Russ got on the phone and came and picked up myself and my dog while my husband waited for a tow truck. He was the best. When I got to the dealership everyone was so nice. David Dannenmueller would not leave me until my husband arrived there with our car in the tow truck. Your dealership was closed and he waited outside with me and my dog. I really appreciate all that both of them did to help me. I wish this world had more people like your employees. These guys need something special to happen to them.
